The Summit — up to 400 guests

  • Monday–Thursday Rentals — starting at $500 for 4 hours

  • Friday–Sunday Rentals — starting at $700

  • Ticketed Events — pricing varies

  • Business Meetings, Mon–Thu (2 hr) — starting at $225

  • Repast (3 hr, Monday–Sunday) — starting at $400

Specialty Packages

  • Pop Up Shops/Festivals (12 hr) — pricing varies

  • Reunion Packages (1 or 2 days) — pricing varies

  • Food Truck Block Party (12 hr) — pricing varies

  • Non-Profit Organizations — special pricing

  • Divine 9 Saturday Meetings (3 hr) — starting at $250

  • Commercial Kitchen — hourly rental, pricing varies

The Cove — intimate gatherings, up to 55 guests

  • Monday–Thursday Rentals — starting at $275 for 2 hours

  • Friday–Sunday Rentals — starting at $400

  • Ticketed Events — pricing varies

  • Business Meetings, Monday (1.5 hr) — starting at $125

  • Repast (2.5 hr, Monday–Sunday) — starting at $300
